Holy mackerel! These folks know their bikes! It doesn’t matter if you ride a 30 yo bike or a new modern E bike, they can fix it. I brought them a Bianchi bike that was bought new about 6 years ago and dropped it by for a tune up. This bike has never shifted or brakes so smoothly, even when new. I highly recommend them for all your biking needs….its also important to note everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I’m a convert.
Great neighborhood shop! Popped in for some basics and picked up a cool pair of gloves.
The staff was super helpful and shared some good guidance. Definitely check 'em out.
Great shop with zero attitude; friendly, knowledgeable mechanics who will meet you wherever you are, whether it's commuter, mountain biker, prima donna roadie -- or even kids' recreational bikes. Have had them do all the service to my non-ebikes for years, and have also had them help restore used (sometimes rusty) bikes I've bought online to get them running like new. (If they worked on ebikes I'd use them for that too, easily.)
Lately had my very first experience with "service recovery" when my road bike got a small dent and a damaged tube-pump bracket while in their care. They put on a new bracket, carefully inspected the frame for structural integrity, and put a credit on my account to make up for the dent. As expected, even when things don't go as planned, they still do the right thing. Atlanta has a lot of decent bike shops, but this is the only one I will consider.
These guys are great. Took care of a weird issue on my bike and didn’t oversell me. He even took a little extra effort to get me dialed in. Cool spot too in a quiet part of town. I’ll definitely be back.
LOOSE NUTS IS AWESOME... seriously, the guys who work there, the bikes are so nice, so much experience and kindness all in one. Very hard to come by. I've owned my bike for 2 years now, purchased from them based off their recommendation and have loved every second I spent on the bike. I finally came back for a "tune up" and they took care of me. Made my bike feel BRAND NEW again. Can't wait to go ride. Shoot... I can't wait to buy another bike from them. Thanks Chris and the team!! I'll be back for some of those slick tires soon.
Wow just wow I love this place and these guys, I depend on my bike alot and they have saved me so many times. Yes definitely recommend. There the best!!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 …
I purchased a Surly Disc Trucker from this bike shop! They patiently answered all of my questions, let me take a test ride before ordering the bike and treated me kindly. This is a down to earth bike shop with friendly people.
Wow! Great service from an excellent team.
My cousin let me borrow a bike he wasn't using that was utterly inoperable. I brought the bike in appalling condition with spider webs, rusted chains, and more, but the team let me know that it would be a problem and made recommendations that fit my needs perfectly. I felt so bad bringing the bike in such bad shape, but it's almost as if I have a completely new bike now.
The best part was that the repairs only took a short time and the price charged was more than fair!
Although the shop is about an hour from me on a day of battling traffic in the city of Atlanta, I'll never go anywhere else, to be honest. At times I'm skeptical of reviews, but this establishment pulls its weight.
Thanks, guys 🙏🏽
